If you have ever been to my house/studio you will have seen a canvas of the parents of this little guy hanging on my wall. Beth and Bob were married back in 2009 (that was one awesome wedding!!) and now they have a little guy of their own. Little Tyler is 8 month old now and O-M-G what a charmer! He is sooooo handsome, just look at him!

Somehow he snuck in all kinds of funny expressions without me even noticing.  I giggled the entire time that I edited his photos.

Love is in the air ... A Fells Point Engagement Session

I first met Crystal and Brian and the DC Bridal Expo this past fall. Actually I met Crystals mom first and she grabbed my information after talking to me for a while.

When Crystal and Brian came out to meet with me I was excited. Sometimes you just have an immediate connection and I certainly felt like I had that with these two. They are both just so sweet and easy to talk to.

I was excited to hear that they were booking me to photograph their wedding as well as Engagement photos.

 

We did their Engagement pictures in Fells Point, Baltimore. It was a perfect day outside and we had a lot of fun together.

Hear the wedding bells?

Joanne and Craig got hitched on May 18th in the beautiful "Our lady of good counsel" church, downtown Baltimore. The mass was heartfelt and beautiful!

After the Ceremony and some pictures at the park across the street it was time to leave for the reception at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. What a neat place! 

 

The entire day was amazing, the weather was perfect and everything went just as it was supposed to.

Oh look... more twins!!!

This adorable little set of twins are Vivianne and Elliott. They are just about 3 month old and as cute as can be. Just like their 2 year old brother Wyatt.

When I arrived at their house, the twins were napping. We moved them to the room that we decided to take pictures in (wow, amazing natural light!!!) and both of them snoozed right through it all. After a few minutes they starting trying to wake up -  ohhhhhh it was so difficult. But finally the eyes popped open and immediately they both had the biggest smiles on their faces.

How awesome is that??? Don't you wish your kids would wake up like that? Or your husbands for that matter?  ;)

Twins are not always easy to photograph because chances are pretty good that at least one of them is not in the mood. But these two are just equaly happy babies! I just love them to pieces!

Boudoir meets Pin Up

Jen just lost 20 pounds with lots of exercise and good eating. I envy this strength and willpower! She looks amazing.  So this was a perfect reason to get her Boudoir on. She also likes the Pin Up style so we did a little bit of both. She rocks the Pin Up!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another princess has entered the world - Meet Grace!

Grace was 8 days old in these photos. She has the perfect little newborn face, the cutest lips, brown hair ... she is just picture perfect. And not only does she look picture perfect... she acted her part too. Her mommy and daddy told me that she is a great sleeper and she confirmed that during the session. She was sleeping most of the time and if she wasn't sleeping, she was just looking around. Not once did she cry! Believe me, that is VERY rare.. it is just normal that the newborns cry most of the session.  I had a great time with little Grace!

Mandy & Corey, a storybook wedding!

Mandy and Corey were married on May 6th at the cozy Elkridge Furnace Inn.

The night before the wedding it had rained and it was still wet the morning of, but no more rain and sun was coming. It was going to be a gorgeous day!

 

Corey and his groomsmen are all in the Army and were dressed in their dress blues. 

Mandy's bridesmaids wore these beautiful blue wrap dresses and each girl used a different wrapping technique. The dresses were so awesome!   But Mandy's dress took my breath away. It was sooooooooo beautiful! It was a simple dress with light and flowing fabric, a flower by her waist and this beautiful really light pink fabric worked into the front. This was the most beautiful dress I have seen in a long time and it was as if it was made for Mandy. She looked so amazing in it!

 

The entire wedding was very emotional. I don't think there was a dry eye ... including my own. I made sure to hide my face behind the camera all day because I was definitely crying too.  During the Father-Daughter dance I worked hard to hold a sob back... haha... I am a mess.   But you get the idea on how wonderful and emotional this day was!!

Meet Alex!

This family was here not too long ago for Christmas photos as well as a few maternity photos. Their two little girls are so beautiful and adorable! Now baby number 3 (a boy this time!) is here as well, as a matter of fact, he is already 3 month old! Little Alex is a little bruiser. With his little chunky body, tan skin and gold necklace (that was a christening gift), he looks like a heartbreaker already!

Alex seemed tired during the session and wasn't too excited about the whole picture thing, but nothing a paci and some naked time couldn't fix  :)

Ebony - a beloved pet!

Ebony is a 14 year old toy poodle. To her owners she is their baby, they love her like crazy.  Unfortunately Ebony is very sick, in the end stages of kidney failure and that was one of the reasons that her owners wanted to have pictures taken with her as long as they still have the chance to do it.

Ebony has been feeling a lot better with the medication she has been put on and she was so excited to run around and check out mt studio!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charlotte and Ian .... 8 week old twins!

Charlotte and Ian were such a joy to be around. They are both just too cute. Ian makes all kinds of funny sounds and Charlotte makes the most hilarious faces. In between the two of them you can't help but laugh!!  Most of the session they were wide awake and not necessarily in picture mood but we snuck a bunch of pics in anyway. Towards the end of the session they couldn't fight sleep any longer and just tuckered out. So adorable!
